Brand Boost Session - Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment of £275 is required to secure your Brand Boost session.

  • Sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Payment confirms your agreement to these terms and conditions.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the session without refund or rebooking.

3. Session Scope & Deliverables

  • Your Brand Boost includes a one-off 90-minute strategy session via Zoom.

  • No follow-up materials (e.g., notes, templates, recordings, or summaries) will be provided unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to the session.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All tools, frameworks, and advice shared during the session remain the intellectual property of Ruth Yimika Afolabi.

  • You may not reproduce, share, or distribute session content or proprietary materials for commercial purposes.

5. Advisory Disclaimer

  • The Brand Boost is a strategic advisory session and does not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue results.

  • All decisions and actions taken following the session are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • Ruth Yimika Afolabi is not liable for any business decisions, losses, or damages arising from the implementation of advice given.

6. Confidentiality

  • All discussions during your session will remain confidential and will not be shared externally unless required by law.

  • You are also expected to respect the confidentiality of any proprietary content or strategic insight shared.

7. Conduct & Professionalism

  • You agree to attend your session promptly and free from distractions, in a suitable environment for professional consultation.

  • Any disrespectful or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
